ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
DO YOU HAVE COPY RIGHTS TO THIS IMAGE? You must own or have approval to use the artwork provided.
CHECK THE FORMAT. We accept most PDF/PNG/EPS/AI/JPG/SVG as suitable files.
HIGH RESOLUTION REQUIRED. A resolution of 300DPI+ is recommended for the best quality image.
CHECK YOUR SIZEING. Depending on your order selection, artwork must be sized at 100cm x 58cm for 1m, 58x58cm for 0.5m, 420 x 297mm for A3, and 297 X 210mm for A4
TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND. If there is a white background to your image a white background will be printed as part of your transfer. Remember, how you save your image is important! A JPG file will save with a white background automatically added.
ARE YOUR COLOURS TRUE? Please create your image using a RGB colour mode setting for your program (or equivalent) and DO NOT embed colour profiles. Remember that the colour you see on a screen may not always be the true colour. For a pure white choose colour code HEX FFFFFF.
DO NOT MIRROR YOUR IMAGE. Please send us the artwork as it should appear on your finished product. Our software has you covered!
LEAVE SPACE BETWEEN YOUR IMAGES. Ensure you are leaving enough room between your images to be able to cut them out!
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER.
All our orders are guaranteed to be dispatched within 48hrs of receiving your order. If you ORDER BEFORE 12PM we will aim to dispatch the SAME DAY! After this time your order will be dispatched the following working day (subject to restrictions out of our control).
Your order will then be shipped on a 2-3 working day postal service. If you require an urgent next day delivery please get in contact. Or you can choose to collect for FREE.

WHEN YOUR DTF PRINTS ARRIVE.
Please follow our step by step DTF guide provided. Our guide tells you all you need to know about preparing, applying and storing your DTF transfers, along with garment care instructions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.
There are a few things you need to consider before placing your order, or to be aware of on receiving your order.
STORING YOUR DTF. When stored in the right conditions your DTF transfers can be stored for as long as you need too. However, we recommend only ordering what you need, when you need it. Unless great care is taken, overtime the quality of your DTF can be compromised.
HEAT APPLICATION REQUIRED. To apply your transfers’, you will need access to an industry approved heat press. We recommend a heat press that is larger than the transfer area you are applying, for consistent heat application.

REMOVE THE PRINTING INFO. All our meter rolls will carry their quality check banding down one side of your transfer sheet along with your order information text. Please ensure this is removed and discarded before application of transfers, as this information will transfer along with your design onto your garment when heat is applied.
