1. Shipping Locations
DTF Print Online currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times
All products are custom-made to order. Orders are processed and produced before dispatch.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. While we offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12:00pm. This is not guaranteed.
Same-day dispatch may not be possible due to:
• High order volumes
• Technical or production issues
• Equipment maintenance
• Supply delays
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes
We aim for delivery within a maximum of three (3) working days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery time is dependent on the courier.

4. Delivery Partners
We use multiple UK delivery providers including:
• Royal Mail
• DPD
• Other reputable UK courier services as required
The delivery provider used may vary depending on parcel size, weight, and destination.

5. Shipping Costs
Our standard postage and packaging service 'Express 1-3 working days' is charged at £5.50 per order. However, this is dependent on your total order specifications.
Your final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Order size
• Weight
• Delivery location
• Selected shipping service
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

6. Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
• Courier operational delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Factors outside our control
We do not offer refunds for delayed deliveries once the order has been dispatched.
However, if an order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If you believe your parcel is lost, you must contact us at:

Please include your order number.
We will open an investigation with the courier. Replacement or refund decisions will be made once the courier investigation is complete.

8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
Additional postage charges may apply if an item is returned due to incorrect address details.
