Refund & Returns Policy

1. Custom-Made & Personalised Products

All products sold by DTF Print Online / Pro Print Nottingham are custom-made and personalised to order based on the artwork, files, sizes, and specifications provided by the customer at checkout.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) period.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizes selected
• Incorrect artwork submitted
• Spelling, grammar, or design errors supplied by the customer
• Colour choices selected by the customer
• Ordering mistakes

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details and artwork files are correct before purchase.


2. Artwork Approval & Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:
• All artwork, spelling, grammar, sizing, colours, and layout have been checked and approved before purchase
• The uploaded file is final, correct, and print-ready
• They understand we print exactly what is submitted
• They have the legal right to use the design provided

We do not spell-check, redesign, resize, recolour, or edit customer artwork unless agreed in writing.

We are not responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors within submitted artwork
• Low-resolution files resulting in reduced print clarity
• Pixelation due to poor-quality images
• Colour variations between screen display (RGB) and printed output
• Minor placement variations
• Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

Orders are produced strictly according to the specifications submitted at checkout.


3. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described

If a product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, misprint, or production error, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.


4. Faulty or Defective Goods

If you believe your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, you must:
• Contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods
• Provide your order number
• Provide clear photographic evidence
• Email: admin@dtfprintonline.co.uk

If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer:
• A replacement product, OR
• A refund for the cost of the product

Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

If a product is confirmed faulty within 30 days, you are entitled to reject the goods and receive a refund in line with UK law.

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a refund.


5. What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
• Customer artwork errors
• Blurry or low-resolution image uploads
• Colour shade differences due to screen calibration
• Damage caused by incorrect washing or application
• Normal wear and tear

DTF prints must be applied and washed according to care instructions. Failure to follow instructions may void eligibility for replacement.

7. Refund Processing

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
