What Is a Gang Sheet? How to Build One and Save Money on DTF Printing

What Is a Gang Sheet?
A gang sheet is a single large sheet containing multiple different designs printed together. Instead of printing each design on its own sheet, you combine them onto one big transfer sheet, making the most of every centimetre of film and dramatically reducing the cost per print.
Gang sheets are one of the most cost-effective ways to order DTF transfers, especially when you need several different designs in smaller quantities.
How Does a Gang Sheet Work?
You arrange your different designs side by side on a standard sheet size such as A3, 50x58cm, or 100x58cm. Once printed and cured, you simply cut out each individual design before pressing onto your garment. Because DTF transfers have no background (the film is clear), you just cut close to the edge of your design and press.
Why Use a Gang Sheet?
Save Money
Printing multiple designs on one sheet is far cheaper than ordering each separately. The more you fill the sheet, the better the value per print.
No Minimum Order
Our gang sheet builder has no minimum order. You can mix and match designs - even just two or three - on a single sheet. Perfect for small businesses, creators, and hobbyists who need a variety of designs without committing to large runs.
Faster to Order
Upload everything at once, arrange your sheet, and check out in one go instead of placing separate orders for each design.
