Here is the practical way to check it. If you want a 28 cm wide back print, your file needs to be built at that size with enough pixel data to stay sharp. Tiny web graphics pulled from a website are rarely suitable. Social media images are usually not suitable either.

Fine detail needs even more care. Small serif text, distressed textures and thin outlines can print well, but only if the source file is clean. If the design already looks slightly rough when zoomed in, the transfer will not improve it.

Transparent backgrounds are usually essential

This helps avoid scaling issues and gives a much better idea of how text, line weight and spacing will behave in production. It also avoids the common problem where a design was built huge, then reduced so far that tiny text becomes unreadable.

There is no single perfect size for every design. A bold logo can work well small. A detailed illustration may need more space. Kidswear, workwear and fashion pieces all have different sweet spots. Keep small text and fine lines realistic
